• Follow-up doses of Epi every 3-5 min prn
• Albuterol with respiratory involvement
• Diphenhydramine 25-50mg IV/IM
  (Ped 1mg/kg)
• Methylprednisolone 125mg IV
  (Ped 2mg/kg)
