1. Assess for SEPSIS CRITERA and determine if CODE SEPSIS
2. EtCO2 measurement
3. Initiate fluid resuscitation
4. Contact medical control for all patients who meet CODE SEPSIS
5. If CODE SEPSIS, limit scene time and Code Transport
